According
to Daizenshuu EX, FUNimation will keep the name
Mr. Satan for the uncut tapes/DVDs. The name "Hercule"
will only be used in the cut dubs that are shown on
the Cartoon Network as well as the cut tapes. Looks
like our not to powerful professional wrestler Mr. Satan
will keep his name.
For those of who watch
the dub on CN, he is called Hercule. The only reason
for this is probably all those soccer moms out there
that freak out when there "childs TV show"
has slightly offensive language. This would have never
happend in Japan... But then again Japan just recently
started cracking down on violence and pornagraphy on
television.
